Hi my name is Jairone.
I found this same gun at a yard sell last week and tried to sell it at an
auction this week but someone told me to hold on to it because it was an old
gun...
I don't know to much about the value of this gun so if you would please tell
me what i have ran across.
Thanks. Jairone

Picked it up at a garage sale. In November. Riiiiight. Maybe it's warm where he's at.

No picture or other description accompanied this little letter.

Some letters set off warning buzzers in my head. . .

an operator's manual for the Bulgarian Mak Pistol? I would appreciate your help.

An operator's manual, for an inexpensive (not cheap, it's probably the best bargain out there now) military surplus pistol? From somebody who says he's "Chief, Financial Litigation Unit". Paranoia sets in, hard. I let this go unanswered.

Joe, if you happen to read this, there ain't no such manual, that I know of. Get Walton Cude's Ultimate Makarov Guide.

Complete with embedded html. . Aol -- are we seeing a pattern here?

I'm supposed to be a mind reader.

"What can I do?" Start by telling me what operating system you're running (I can guess), and if your "D drive" is a second hard disk, second partition on a disk, CDROM, or what.

The second note is even better:

When you go into "my computer" the d drive icon is sitting there, well, i
have my d drive hooked up but the icon is not showing up in my computer.

(Gratutious html whacked.) The drive icon is there but it's not there. Or something.
