On Saturday, September 15, 2007, Illinois' only water-powered gristmill will host the third annual A-Maiz-ing Corn Exposition. This family-oriented event will feature foods, crafts, and exhibits that are all related to corn. We will also feature tours of the Grist Mill, complete with grinding demonstrations, old-time wagons, corn farming implements (old and modern) and bluegrass music, plus an open mike for corny jokes.

    We are looking for vendors, crafters, and exhibits that are corn related, such as corn-on-the-cob, corn dogs, corn husk dolls, and exhibits that portray the many uses of corn such as ethanol and corn stoves.
