Heat Pump Systems
IGSHPA Accredited Installer Training
November 7-9 2007
Iowa Energy Center is pleased to announce that a Geothermal Heat Pump
Systems Installation class will be held at the Iowa Energy Center's Energy
Resource Station in Ankeny, Iowa, November 7-9, 2007. Please note this is a
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday class.
This 3-day course will prepare you to design and install geothermal heat pump
systems for residential and light commercial projects. You will also be able to
qualify for accreditation to become an International Ground Source Heat Pump
Association (IGSHPA) accredited installer.
Participants will gain hands-on experience using real geothermal heat pump
equipment and piping loops. The course is taught by an instructor affiliated
with the IGSHPA. Each participant will receive a full set of IGSHPA training and
reference materials.
The course registration is $430. The optional IGSHPA Accreditation Examination
is $180.

information. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required.
