The Blythe Girls books, part of the Stratemeyer Syndicate, were written by Lillian Garis and others under the pseudonym Laura Lee Hope. Lillian also wrote the Bobbsey Twins books, and her husband Howard wrote most of the early Tom Swift books. The Blythe Girls books were published by Grosset and Dunlap and by Whitman, from 1925 through 1932. There are twelve stories in all.
